SHIPPING POLICY
For US shipments, we send through USPS First Class Mail and usually get all orders in the mail within 24 hours. Orders $40.00 and over ship for free.

For orders shipping to Canada, we send USPS First Class International.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, which means if the clothespins do not function as they should, if the wood splits or the spring does not hold up then you can return them and we will replace with new pins.
​
We do not cover issues outside of our control that may arise; such as leaving the pins out in the weather or a dog chewing on them.
